Unless otherwise stated on the item’s page, we only sell original and unique works of art. To this end, the creations available for purchase on our platform are signed by the author and accompanied, where possible, by a certificate of authenticity. If it is not possible to set a unit limit for a particular work (for example in the case of screen prints), you will find this information on the product page. In addition, each buyer will receive a description of the work’s condition and a detailed statement about its origin.

Prices are quoted in euros. If a price is not specified, it is subject to negotiation with the potential buyer. The cost of packaging and shipping will be determined after we receive the shipping address and define the specific packaging requirements for the artwork, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We will provide you with all this information and the associated costs in a pro-forma invoice, which you will need to confirm before proceeding.

Payments are made by bank transfer to the IBAN provided or bank card. More informations on this here. Dispatch will be made once payment has been received.

The work is professionally packaged and the utmost care is taken in this process. The specific packaging and shipping method depends on the artwork purchased. We work only with reputable, full-service shipping companies that offer 24/7 shipment monitoring.

In addition to the delivery address, the delivery costs are influenced by the value, dimensions, and weight of the purchased artwork. The processing and delivery times vary according to the sender’s location and the destination of the artwork. Typically, packages are dispatched within 5-10 business days. Once your purchase has been shipped, you will receive an electronic notification along with a consignment note number via email, allowing you to track your package’s transport progress.

Considering the value of the artworks, it’s imperative that all packages are accepted with a signature upon delivery. Our general transport insurance covers your purchase from the moment the transaction is concluded until the goods are delivered. This means that any potential risk of damage or loss of the artwork due to external factors during transport is insured.

The legal return period is 14 days after receipt. Returns are only possible in accordance with the terms set out in the proforma document sent to you when you placed your order.

You must use the same shipping service for returns as for the outward transport. We are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during an unauthorized return transport and cannot make a refund in this case. Please keep the original packaging of the artwork or, in case of return, send it in an equivalent packaging.

Any defective goods must be claimed within 24 hours of receipt. To submit a damage report, please send photos of the damage to our service, together with your name, order number, and artwork code.

Your refund will be initiated as soon as the return has been processed, after approx. 15 days. The amount will be returned to your account. Please note that when returning a work for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery, the costs for return shipping and the insurance costs will be deducted from your credit.
